Mostly Honest Insight (MHI) is a phrase I came up with when I was trying to figure out what I'd write about on this site. It captures my intention to be intellectually and emotionally honest, while allowing for the liberal manipulation of specifics incidents in order to express an idea or philosophy (al-la the works of Joseph Mitchell - a literary hero of mine).
My son asked that I create a site where we can publish our poetry and stories instead. So I think this will turn out to be a combination of both - along with some life lessons and much digression along the way...
