Ron Paul and the Baby Baldwin Go At It

Up till now I've stayed as far away from this useless debate as possible. I mean, would congress ever shift on this issue? Now, since we've gone and elected a black man President of these United States of America (for the record - and I'm a HUGE Obama supporter - see First Time Volunteer), I'm starting to wonder if there's a chance.

I personally do not smoke marijuana (something about being a control freak who is already scared of his own shadow. It's not pretty), but here I think some very interesting points are made. Particularly as they relate to the violence caused by the drug trade and cartels. Is this reason enough to offset the possibility of increased vehicle deaths by smoking and driving? And what about the gateway drug argument? Really? I know plenty of smokers who wouldn't get anywhere near "hardcore" drugs. It seems to me that the gateway claims are made by people who are anchored by the idea that hardcore drug users also use marijuana and are claiming that the correlation proves cause. I don't buy it.

Take a look at the video and tell us what you think.  Did Stevie represent well, or did The Man with Two First Names make the case for a ganja nation? What about the kids?
